Shipping and Handling

Prints are easily shipped

Because of the variety of sizes and shapes of some of the products represented on this site, it is nearly impossible to list anything other than an estimate of shipping cost.  We will honor the estimated shipping cost added at the time of check out, however; please note that we reserve the right on large, over-sized, and multiple orders being shipped together to contact you at the time of sale to discuss a possible adjusted shipping cost.  All shipping and handling costs are based on estimates

 

Sales Refund Policy

We do our very best to represent each piece as honestly as possible.   We encourage you to ask questions before you make the choice to purchase.  We have a no return / all sales are final policy at this time.  Thank You.

Studio Session Policies

- Unless we are shut down by weather, state order, or TinaLawverCreative LLC chooses to cancel a scheduled session, no refunds are issued.  If a registrant cannot attend, they may transfer to the next scheduled Session.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy- To withdraw from a class and receive a full refund, please contact TinaLawverCreative LLC   (Tina@TinaLawver.com)  5 days prior to the scheduled workshop date if you are not able to attend another scheduled session.  Consideration may be taken in cases involving emergency situations.  This 5 day policy allows us time to purchase materials, and allow those on waiting list to attend.

Enrollment - Each workshop must meet a minimum enrollment requirement.  If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, the workshop is subject to cancellation.  Ticket holders will be notified of cancellations by email no less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start date and will receive a full refund.

Cancellations - TinaLawverCreative LLC may cancel workshops due to severe weather conditions.  If weather conditions are such that a workshop is to be cancelled, the website will be updated and ticket holders will be notified by email and/or phone.  Upon cancellation, a make-up workshop will be scheduled at the discretion of TinaLawverCreative LLC.

Images - Please be advised that digital imaging, video, photos are recorded by TinaLawverCreative LLC for promotional uses including websites, social media, printed media, marketing materials, and other publications.  By attending, you consent to TinaLawverCreative LLC to use your image and likeness for these purposes.  If for any reason you would not like you or you child's image to be used please notify us at the beginning of the workshop/event.

Emergency - In the event of an emergency, TinaLawverCreative LLC will call 911 immediately.

​

Liability - By purchasing a ticket and agreeing to attend an event/workshop on our property, you agree to hold TinaLawverCreative LLC blameless.  Neither Tina Lawver, nor her staff are legally responsible in the event of a mishap, personal injury, damage, or loss of property that may occur during Workshops/Events.
